This month is starting out big again. We are having a baggo tournament on
\nFebruary 3rd starting at 6:00 pm. This is an open team event with the winners
\nrepresenting the Lodge at the District finals in Milwaukee.
\nFebruary 4th is our Super Bowl party starting at 4:00 pm. Should be a great
\ngame and of course the commercials. Food, raffles and lots of fun. See you
\nthere.
\nFebruary 9th is the kid’s movie night featuring “The Lion King” movie. All the
\nfun starts at 5:30 pm.
\nFebruary 10th is our first “Winter Music Fest”. New bands, food, and dancing.
\nA $5 cover charge will benefit Kenosha Safe Harbor. Let’s support this event.
\nFebruary 17th is the Sweethearts Dinner Dance. Time Warp will be playing
\nand this year we are going to a buffet format with Victoria’s Cafe doing all the
\ncooking featuring PRIME RIB.
\nDue to some unfortunate family issues we are sad to report the Zoo Review
\nhas been postponed. But we will be having a trivia night on the 24th in its place
\nfor your entertainment.
\nMarch will be having some great events as well.
\nThe 10th the WOTM will be having a craft fair.
\nMarch 17th will be St. Patrick’s day dinner, with possibly the Kenosha Area
\nPipes & Drums performing for us here at the Lodge. We will know for sure on
\nFebruary 9th if we got the bid. Keep your fingers crossed.
\nMarch 24th is the kid’s Easter party, so make your calendars for all these great
\nevents.
\nOfficer nomination forms will be out this month as this is the time for a new
\nboard to be elected. The first Nomination meeting will be February 27th.
\nThe second will be March 13th, third on March 27th.
\nDon’t forget as well to be checking out all you moose benefits at mooseintl.org
\nand wismoose.org. The benefits and incentives change all the time for
\nsigning up new and former members into the moose. The lodge has an
\nincentive for you as well, sign up three new or former members and get a
\nyear’s dues free. One way to never pay dues again, just keep signing up
\nmembers.<\/p>\n
