Wednesday AM golf champions, Jim Schmidt and Jerry Bertsch were the grand champions of the Monday \/ Wednesday AM golf leagues. They defeated the Monday AM winners, Tim Brown and Gary Landa. Gary Schroeder chaired the Monday golf and Doug Johnson for Wednesday.
The Monday and Wednesday AM pool leagues will start on November 4th, 2019. Lunch will be served from 11:30 am till 1 pm each day.

The Monday night pool is under new management, Mike Miller is the new chairman. Many thanks to Darla and Ron Kramer for their efforts as outgoing chairpersons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every time the Packers play, there is a Packer Party in the Social Quarters. The November schedule has Green Bay Packers up against Melvin Gordon III’s Chargers in L.A. for a 3:25 pm start on the 4th. The 11th shows a noon game in Lambeau Field vs North Carolina. November 17th is a bye and November 24th vs the 49er’s in San Francisco at 3:25 pm. Joe Matteucci and James Mosley co-chair the party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The outside activities are done until next spring. Highlights of last summer include the Bloomin Bands Music Festival, the second edition of Moosefest, lots of live music on our outdoor stage, nightly softball, Wednesday Horseshoes, BAGGO, our member picnic, Oktobeerfest and lots more. Thanks to all those who volunteered to make those events a success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notes: <\/strong>for the Holiday, Mooseheart, our school in Batavia, Ill, sets up a winter wonderland of lights on the campus. It is set-up so you can view the lights by car for a small donation. The tour lasts 20 minutes or so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
