As I sit\nhere following the second day of Moosefest, I think about how truly blessed we\nare as a Moose Family to have each other. I appreciate the term co-worker, but\nI feel like we become so much more as we share all of these experiences\ntogether. The people we work in the trenches with become our brothers and\nsisters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We\u2019ve had\nsuch a crazy busy month starting out with WOTM Training on the first with over\n30 women from lodges in Wisconsin and Illinois coming into our Moose Home for\neducation and sisterhood. Thank you to our trainer Karyn Johnson for you\ninsights and all of the women who helped make the day possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This\nmonth we also had a historical special meeting where the women of the Kenosha\nChapter voted to accept the men\u2019s proposal to join the State Association with\noverwhelming support. Now we wait to see what the rest of the women of the\nstate will do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Moosefest\nwas an absolute blast with perfect weather (at least through the publication of\nthe letter). It was great to see people of all ages dancing the nights away to\na variety of music!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Later\nthis week I look forward to representing you all at the International\nConvention in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
July\nlooks to be another great month with Trivia, our two monthly meetings including\nour Activity Meeting on July 2nd where our Sports & Activities Chair Trudy\nSalinas has a fun activity planned… don\u2019t miss it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
July 6th\na group will be heading up to the Ronald McDonald House in Milwaukee to cook\ndinner. Please let us know if you are interested in going at the meeting on the\n2nd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
